Anchor TV and RIC Film Society's Annual Student Film Festival 2026
Anchor TV and Film Society's Annual Student Film Festival is a yearly festival taking place at Rhode Island College and celebrates the artistry of student filmmakers from the local area. Students from RI, MA, and CT were invited to submit their short films to be judged by industry professionals and screened at the in-person event on April 18th.

Filmmaker Mixer Event
An open space for students and local filmmakers to network and converse. This event is open to the public, and we encourage filmmakers of all experience levels to attend and network!

Semi-Finalist Film Screenings
Screening this year's 12 semi-finalist films, with a 15-minute intermission between halves. Opening remarks from the festival e-board will start the presentation.
09:00 PM - 09:30 PM
Award Presentation
Presentation of the 8 awards, with closing remarks from the festival's e-board and judges.
