Spring Green Recycling Event
The Brentwood-Darlington Neighborhood Association is hosting a free recycling event with the support of SE Uplift, the Office of Community & Civic life, Metro and Green Century recycling. We will be accepting all manner of electrotonic cast-offs, medications, tires, Styrofoam, and more. Donations are encouraged but not required. Bikes for Humanity will be on hand to present a bike maintenance workshop, Twin Flower Natives will have plants for sale, and our community gardens will be hosting a seed and start swap. Other community partners will be present to provide information including Portland Fruit Tree Project, Waste-Free Advocates, Produce for People, MakeWith, and Portland NET.
