Sea to Table Dinner at the Jupiter Lighthouse Deck
Join us for an intimate dinner gathering on the lighthouse deck to support healthy waterways.
Enjoy a welcoming sunset reception on the Lighthouse deck overlooking the scenic Jupiter Inlet with live music, drinks and light bites. For the main event, a seated three course dinner sharing tables together under the twinkling lights and majestic branches of the iconic Banyan tree.
Come together with friends and neighbors who understand that when local waterways are healthy, we all thrive. Your presence at Sea to Table supports science-based community projects to create a wave of change.
EVENT SCHEDULE
7:00–7:15 pm: Arrival & Check-in
7:15 pm: Welcoming Reception with Wine, Beer, Mocktails, Appetizers & Live Music
7:45 pm: Guests Seated & Greeted
7:45–9pm: Coursed Dinner including Salad, Seafood Entree & Dessert
8:45 pm: Presentation by Wildbluesea Founder Linda Emerson & Local Members of the Community
9:15 pm: Closing Remarks & Time to Enjoy the Evening Together before Departing at 9:45 pm

APPETIZERS
Lump Crab Cake with island mustard
Shrimp Cocktail with cocktail sauce
Fried Cauliflower Bites - choice of Nashville Hot with blue cheese crumbles; General Tso's with sesame seeds and scallions; or Leftovers Style with gorgonzola, parmesan, red onion, red wine vinaigrette
SALAD
Romaine Caesar Salad - crispy romaine, roasted red peppers, red onion, capers, parmesan cheese
ENTRÉE (CHOOSE ONE)
Sauteed Yellowtail Snapper - capers, tomato, garlic, red onion, herbs in a white wine butter sauce over spinach and rice
OR
Tempura Beer Batter Fried Grouper- tartar sauce, homemade potato chips and vinegar slaw with red & green cabbage, carrots

Please select your choice of entree to add your ticket to the cart for purchase (Snapper or Grouper)
Please arrive by 7:00pm to allow enough time for parking and to enjoy all aspects of the dinner and gathering
Check-in table and property access will be positioned at the South end of the parking lot, closest to the Jupiter Inlet
There will be a short five minute stroll up the brick pathway from entrance to lighthouse deck, stable shoes recommended
Cash bar with one free drink ticket included. Beer, wine and nonalcoholic refreshments (cash and paypal accepted)
Water and coffee available
Seafood provided by New England Seafood thanks to a generous contribution by Mr. Curtis Weaver
All food prepared by Little Moir's Catering (of Food Shack, Hibiscus Streatery and Leftovers)
Dress code: resort casual
