National Nurses Week Celebration at Fortis Institute in Port Saint Lucie
Campus President Julia Denniston and program leadership will speak with prospective students while family and friends enjoy entertainment, games and activities.
Additionally, a local radio personality will be broadcasting the event, adding to the excitement and community spirit.
Held annually beginning on May 6, National Nurses Week recognizes the profound impact of the nursing profession on healthcare and honors the contributions of nurses throughout history. The celebration concludes each year on May 12, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, who is widely regarded as the “mother of modern nursing.”
