Beach Road, Hobe Sound, FL 33455. Runoff to Resilience: Protecting the Indian River Lagoon—March 12, 2025: The Indian River Lagoon (IRL) is the most biologically diverse estuary in North America. Pollutants and excess nutrients are creating an unhealthy environment for marine life, negatively impacting commercial and recreational fishing, tourism, and local economies. Join TNC in Florida’s Executive Director Greg Knecht to learn how the Runoff to Resilience project is the first watershed-scale, cost-effective solution to improve IRL water quality.
