The Western Pennsylvania Bleeding Disorders Foundation (WPBDF) invites you, your family, and friends to attend our holiday tree and wreath auction and Final Night Event! The auction will showcase decorated trees, wreaths, and tabletop centerpieces that are all available for bid. The trees will have additional added value items such as restaurant gift cards, hotel stays, toys, and much more! Bidding will open online on Friday, November 8, 2024 and end on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 8:00 p.m.
You do not have to attend the Final Night Event to participate in the Auction!

The Final Night Event
Join us on Saturday, November 16, for our Final Night Event at Red Fox Winery in Hickory, PA! Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The evening will feature our holiday tree and wreath auction, a delicious dinner, games, music, and a presentation highlighting WPBDF’s Women’s Initiative and the volunteers who make our work possible. Wine from Red Fox Winery will be available for purchase.
Throughout the night, there will be raffles and other games of chance to win even more! Be sure to bring extra cash with you to participate and learn about the huge impact you make on the bleeding disorders community. There will also be a balloon artist and a special visit from Santa and the Grinch!
Tickets:
This event is open for all ages.
Children (under 12): $15 per child and includes entrance to the event and dinner.
Adults: $35 per person and includes entrance to the event, a commemorative WPBDF wine glass, and a delicious dinner. Wine glasses are guaranteed to those who register by October 25.

The Auction
In order to bid in the auction at the event, you MUST have a mobile device with a wireless connection at the venue. It is recommended you bring your own device in order to receive real-time updates on your bids. WiFi is available at the venue.
All bids are final. All items must be paid for before taking them home from the in-person event.
Unable to make it to the Final Night Event? You can still bid from the comfort of your couch! Winning bidders will be alerted via email after the auction closes at 8:00 p.m. WPBDF will take your winning item back to the Foundation office. Invoices must be paid online by Sunday, 11/17/24 at 11:59 pm. Any unpaid invoices will be automatically charged on Monday morning (11/18/24). If you would prefer to pay by cash or check when picking up your item, please contact Jessica at [email protected] prior to Monday. All items can be picked up at the Foundation office, located at 775 Fourth Street, First Floor, Beaver PA 15009, beginning November 18. The final day to pick-up your items from the Foundation office is Friday, December 13, unless special arrangements have been made with WPBDF. Items not picked up by that date will be forfeited to WPBDF.
