This year, Christmas at Duquesne will feature the Duquesne Symphony Orchestra (Daniel Meyer, Director of Orchestral Activities), the Voices of Spirit and Pappert Chorale (Caron Daley, Director of Choral Activities), the Wind Symphony (James Gourlay, Director of Bands), the Jazz Ensemble (Mike Tomaro, Program Director of Jazz Studies), and soloist Dr. Nicole Jenkins (Assistant Professor of Voice).
Repertoire highlights include three holiday songs from Home Alone (John Williams), See dat Babe (arr. Stacey Gibbs), Personent Hodie (arr. Lara Hoggard), several Christmas favorites arranged by Mike Tomaro, and the world premiere of Let's Celebrate Christmas by alumnus Todd Goodman (M.M. Composition, 2006).
