This class celebrates Italian tradition at its most comforting and elegant. You’ll learn the technique behind making potato gnocchi from scratch. Then you’ll shift to dessert and prepare a dreamy tiramisu that balances espresso, mascarpone, and cocoa in a beautifully layered treat. It’s an evening filled with hands-on cooking, rich flavors, and timeless Italian charm.
