Presented by Pennsylvania Women Work, in partnership with Senator Camera Bartolotta, Career Kick-Start is designed to give job seekers the tools, confidence, and connections they need to take the next step in their career. Whether you're re-entering the workforce, changing careers, or actively applying, this hands-on workshop will help you determine and make a plan to achieve your career goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Morning: Build The Foundation
Through interactive group discussions and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to:
- Identify your skills and strengths
- Translate your experience into a strong resume
- Communicate confidently in interviews
- Find and apply for job openings effectively
Lunch & Networking Break
Enjoy a provided lunch while you:
- Connect with fellow participants

Afternoon: Personalized Support
In the second half of the day, you’ll:
- Meet one-on-one with a career coach
- Refine and strengthen your resume
- Explore employment opportunities
- Practice interviewing with expert guidance
