Neighborhoods
As parents of children of all ages that may have educational, physical, mental, or behavioral challenges, we provide support and information to each other.
PALS mission is to educate parents, giving them the tools to help their children succeed in the classroom. It is our goal that parents, teachers, and school administrators work together to give children with learning differences the best possible opportunities for success in school and in life.
Does your child have trouble with reading, writing, attention, or organization? Do you believe a physical challenge is hindering your child’s educational excellence? Is school a daily struggle? Do you have questions about the special education process? Are you struggling with the implementation of your child’s I.E.P. or 504 Plan? Do you need additional resources or help for your child? Whether your child is in pre-school, elementary, middle school, high school, or recently transitioned, we invite you to attend PALS meetings. We provide resources and opportunities to speak with other parents who listen, discuss, and lend support about learning issues related to your child's educational needs.
