Cafe Raymond's Inaugural Pancake Championship
Cafe Raymond will host its inaugural Pancake Championship, a structured competition built around the restaurant’s signature scratch-made Blueberry Ricotta pancakes, with proceeds supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania. Competitors will face off in timed heats to see who can finish the most stacks, with separate divisions, live judging, and prizes awarded to the winners. The event is open to the public, and guests are encouraged to attend, watch the competition, and support the organization’s youth programs.
Cafe Raymond is a neighborhood restaurant in Pittsburgh’s Strip District recognized for its scratch-made brunch and lunch menu, warm service, and consistent execution.
A portion of proceeds and on-site donations will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania, which served more than 12,000 youth in 2025, provided over 76,000 meals, and operates programs across Allegheny, Somerset, Beaver, and Fayette counties. The organization focuses on providing safe spaces, mentorship, and educational support for young people throughout the region.
