In this class, you’ll learn how to mix and roll fresh pasta dough, create flavorful ravioli fillings, and master sealing and shaping techniques for picture-perfect results. Then we’ll shift to dessert and layer espresso-soaked ladyfingers with mascarpone cream to build an elegant, traditional tiramisu.
