After debuting last year as the largest new American art fair in decades, Scottsdale Art Week presented by Scottsdale Ferrari returns March 19–22, 2026, to WestWorld of Scottsdale, once again transforming the venue’s 120,000-square-foot North Hall—home to the internationally renowned Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction—into a global crossroads of art, culture and design. The second edition will welcome more than 120 internationally recognized galleries from across the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America, presenting a refined and dynamic mix of blue-chip masterworks, modern and contemporary pieces, historic treasures, Indigenous art and important Western works.
Positioned at the cultural crossroads of the American Southwest, Scottsdale Art Week continues to elevate the city’s reputation as a premier arts destination and a rapidly growing market for serious collectors. With Scottsdale emerging as one of the nation’s fastest-growing hubs for high-net-worth individuals, the fair offers galleries a rare opportunity to connect with an engaged and discerning audience actively acquiring significant works. Thousands of paintings, sculptures, photographs, mixed-media installations and design objects will be on view, creating an immersive, museum-quality experience within a vibrant marketplace setting.
Beyond the gallery presentations, the fair’s cultural programming distinguishes it as more than a traditional art event. A robust lineup of curated panels and conversations will unfold throughout the weekend, bringing together museum directors, curators, scholars, artists and market experts for thought-provoking discussions on collecting, artistic practice, photography, Indigenous contemporary art, LatinX art, Western art, global market trends and the evolving relationship between art and design. Programming partners include leading institutions such as Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona State University Art Museum, Heard Museum and Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, reinforcing the fair’s commitment to meaningful dialogue and cultural exchange.
Opening Night will once again set the tone for a celebratory and sophisticated weekend. The Vernissage, benefiting Phoenix Art Museum, will offer collectors and patrons an elegant first look at the fair, complete with live performances and a runway fashion presentation showcasing wearable art. The evening will also spotlight influential voices in the arts community, including a special honor recognizing acclaimed Chemehuevi photographer Cara Romero. Known internationally for her striking, cinematic portraits that challenge stereotypes and celebrate contemporary Indigenous identity, Romero’s work has garnered critical acclaim and is held in major museum collections. Her recognition at Scottsdale Art Week underscores the fair’s dedication to elevating Indigenous perspectives and honoring artists whose work reshapes cultural narratives.
For serious collectors, the exclusive VIP First Look on Thursday afternoon provides early access to the fair before it opens to the public, offering the first opportunity to acquire exceptional works in an intimate setting. From seasoned collectors building significant collections to new buyers entering the market, Scottsdale Art Week offers a rare convergence of access, expertise and acquisition opportunities.
As art, fashion, performance and dialogue converge under one roof, Scottsdale Art Week 2026 promises a multi-sensory celebration that reflects both the heritage and forward momentum of the global art world. Tickets start at just $50, with VIP packages and special event access available for those seeking a more elevated experience.
