2026 Home Tour
Phoenix Home & Garden comes to life as patrons enjoy exclusive access to a select group of the Valley’s premier luxury homes during this highly anticipated, annual self-guided tour. In addition to a self-guided tour of spectacular private homes, additional homes will be included just for VIP ticket purchasers.Not only will you visit breathtaking homes selected by Phoenix Home & Garden's editorial staff, but you will also meet the magazine's editors and staff, as well as the most renowned designers and architects in the Valley.This is an in-person event at various private residences. For privacy, we cannot publish addresses. You will receive the map to all the tour stops on Friday, November 6.There are two types of tickets available for purchase for this event: GENERAL ADMISSION (10am-4pm):$85 PER PERSON (plus taxes and fees)The Home Tour General Admission package includes:Admission for one (1) to the self-guided tour of several of Arizona's most exquisite homes (10am to 4pm).Admission for one (1) to centrally located hospitality stops with light refreshments and restrooms.One (1) keepsake 2026 Phoenix Home & Garden Home Tour booklet with map and detailed information of each home featured on tour.Digital tour map for easy self-guided directions.PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TOUR MAP ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6.VIP PACKAGE (9am-5pm):$125 PER PERSON (plus taxes and fees)Early admission for one (1) to the self-guided tour of several of Arizona's most exquisite homes (9am to 4pm).Admission for one (1) to additional VIP home(s), exclusively for VIP ticket-holders (select times only).Admission for one (1) to a centrally located hospitality stops with light refreshments and restrooms.One (1) keepsake 2026 Phoenix Home & Garden Home Tour booklet with map and detailed information of each home featured on tour.Digital tour map for easy self-guided directions.(1) year subscription to Phoenix Home & Garden magazine (Details on claiming your subscription will be sent to you after the Home Tour event date).PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TOUR MAP ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6.PLEASE NOTE: A digital map of all private home locations will be sent on Friday, November 6, 2026 to the email used to purchase your tour tickets. If you purchase your tickets after November 6, 2026, the link to the map will be included in your tickets confirmation email. Please note that the map can often end up in your junk folder.The homes on this tour are private residences, therefore all pets, including service and therapy animals, will not be allowed into any of the homes.Children do not get in free. Everyone must have a ticket to begin the tour and enter any home.This is an in-person event. You will receive the map to all the tour stops on Friday, November 6.A map will also be included in Home Tour programs available at each home. There will be no public restrooms available at each private home. Public restrooms will be available at hospitality stops along the tour.Please make sure to wear sensible shoes for the day!
