Book & Author 2026, The Valley’s Premier Author Event, on February 23, 2026 in Scottsdale


Registration is now open for Brandeis National Committee Phoenix Chapter’s Annual Book & Author Event. This premier author event features five The New York Times bestselling writers. The program drew nearly 800 attendees last year. The stellar 2026 lineup includes these authors and their most recent books: • A Slowly Dying Cause – Elizabeth George • The Lion Women of Tehran – Marjan Kamali • The Secret Book Society – Madeline Martin • The Method – Matthew Quirk • Warning Signs – Tracy Sierra Embracing the theme “Discover Worlds Through Books,” this year’s Book & Author event invites readers on a literary journey spanning Tehran, Cornwall and Victorian London, Manhattan, and the Colorado backcountry. As the featured authors share insights into their latest works, attendees will be transported into captivating narratives ranging from crime thrillers and psychological suspense to mysteries, adventures and historical fiction ensuring an unforgettable experience. The event includes a luncheon with author presentations, book sales and signings, as well as an array of fabulous boutiques featuring unique vendors and artisans to shop before and after the luncheon. Amy Silverman, Executive Producer of The Show on Arizona NPR, returns to moderate the forum. Amy is a journalist, author and teacher from Phoenix, and is a 3-time winner of the Arizona Press Club’s Journalist of the Year award.
