Taoist Tai Chi® practice is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps you find joy. Physically it will make you energetic, balanced, strong and supple. Try a session or two before you decide! New participants are welcome to join sessions already in progress. Masks are optional for this class. The Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA® is a charitable, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
