Super Bowl at Roaring Fork
Sunday, February 9th celebrate Super Bowl 59 at Scottsdale’s iconic Roaring Fork restaurant! This evening only, the restaurant will be offering its popular, “Dinner on Us” (buy one entree, get one free) beginning at 4:00 p.m. Roaring Fork will be serving signature “wood fired” favorites including:
• SHRIMP & GRITS served with cheddar grits, sweet corn butter, chorizo and fried egg
• BIG ASS BURGER with poblano, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, chipotle mayo, and french fries
• BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN served with poblano grits, charred corn, cotija and chipotle balsamic reduction
• RAINBOW TROUT served with green beans, fried capers, toasted almonds, brown butter and grilled lemon
• CEDAR PLANK SALMON with teriyaki glaze, green bean salad and soy butter
• ROTISSERIE CHICKEN served with cornbread stuffing, brussels sprouts, and lemon garlic jus
• BONELESS BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN with mashed potato, and peppercorn gravy
• BONE-IN COWBOY CUT RIBEYE served with chipotle demi, chimichurri and shallot butter
