The evening will feature a four-course tequila pairing experience with the following menu:
1st Course—Baja Seabass Crudo with Meyer lemon and cilantro oil paired with Codigo Blanco
2nd Course—Smoked Birria Quesadilla with ancho consummé paired with Codigo Rosa
3rd Course—Carne Asada with cilantro-lime rice and refried beans paired with Codigo Reposado
4th Course—Strawberry Crème Brulee paired with Codigo Anejo
Dinner begins at 6 p.m. The cost for this experience is $75 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
