This memorable meal features the following selections: First course, choice of one: New England Clam Chowder Roasted Corn Soup with poblano relish Brie Cheese Dip — Brie, roasted peppers, toasted almonds and grape-balsamic reduction Baby Gem Salad — McClendon farms select, candied walnuts, sundried strawberries, smoked blue cheese crumbles, bourbon glaze pears and balsamic reduction Second course, choice of one: Wood-Grilled Coffee Crusted Beef Tenderloin with wild mushroom demiglace, parsnip-leek puree, caramelized Cipollini onions and crispy leeks.
