Well-known for its elegant evening menu, Nobu Scottsdale is elevating weekend mornings with the introduction of a weekend brunch service. Beginning Saturday, Feb. 7, Nobu Scottsdale will serve brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., setting the stage for a luxurious weekend of indulgence and late-morning leisure.
The newly curated brunch menu features a thoughtful balance of classic a la carte brunch dishes and beloved Nobu signatures. Guests can enjoy Banana French Toast, Jidori Chicken and Waffles, and Steak and Eggs Toban, alongside Nobu favorites such as Yellowtail Jalapeno, Black Cod with Miso, A5 Wagyu Dumplings and a selection of premium sushi and nigiri.
Complementing the culinary experience, a lineup of refreshing brunch cocktails and mocktails offer another layer of enticing flavors. The Empire Spirit is a popular selection that puts Nobu flair on a classic mimosa with a delicious blend of vodka, Nobu Champagne, cranberry yuzu kosho cordial, orange liqueur and a twist of lemon.
