Poetry in the Park
The East Valley Poets branch of the non-profit Arizona State Poetry Society invites you to join them for Poetry in the Park! The members of EVP will be reading their compositions, followed by an Open Mic for anyone in attendance to read their own poems! Meet and listen to local poets! The poetry reading will be held at Tempe Kiwanis Park, 6111 S. All America Way, Tempe, AZ 85283, in Ramada #1, on Saturday October 19th, starting at 10:00 AM and continuing until 12:00 PM. This recital is free and open to the public. Please feel free to bring your own chairs or blankets to rest on. Bottled water will be provided by the poets and you may bring a snack to eat.
