The following menu and pairing selections will be served:
First Course—Pan-Seared Seabass with ancho creamy risotto, asparagus and lemon-caper beurre blanc paired with 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
Second Course—Grilled Tiger Shrimp with pomegranate-molasses glaze and zesty quinoa salad paired with 2020 Sonoma Stage Vineyard Pinot Noir, Petaluma Gap
Third Course—Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with black cherry and chorizo, crispy smashed potatoes and green beans paired with 2019 Merlot, Napa Valley
Fourth Course—Prime Baseball Cut Sirloin with au gratin potatoes, broccolini and red wine demi-glace paired with 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
Dessert—Maria’s Classic Cheesecake
