Celebrate the flavors of the season with Seasonal Spring Brunch at Tía Carmen at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, running March 15 through May 24. Inspired by the vibrant ingredients of the Sonoran Desert, the weekly brunch experience features the restaurant’s signature Mercado-style offerings alongside rotating seasonal specialties. Guests can enjoy live music, iced seafood selections, chef-driven small plates from the grill that change weekly, and rotating spring desserts, plus festive brunch beverages including $7 mimosas, a Candoni Spritz for sharing, and a tableside Espresso Martini Tower featuring illy Café. The series kicks off on March 15, with Chef Angelo Sosa in attendance to celebrate the start of the spring brunch season. Families can also take advantage of select “Kids Eat Free” evenings during March with the purchase of the full Mercado experience.
