The Second Annual IBD Collaborative Care Team Bootcamp brings together providers, allied health professionals, patients, and families for collaborative education on inflammatory bowel disease across the lifespan. Through expert-led sessions and focused breakout tracks, participants will explore advances in IBD care, research, surgery, and transition planning to improve patient outcomes. This course is designed for allied health professionals, dietetic technicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physicians, physician assistants, residents/fellows, and social workers.
