Mariah’s Miracle 4th Annual Dash For Dreams 5K and Mile Fun
Mariah’s Miracle will host its 4th Annual Dash For Dreams 5K and Mile Fun Run on Saturday, January 25 at Goodyear Recreation Campus. Over 300 runners (and walkers!) are expected to raise funds and resources for future Mariah’s Miracle recipients. The event is far more than a 5K, but an ultimate West Valley experience for all ages to enjoy!
Attendees can expect:
Registration starts at 3:00 p.m.
Goodyear’s Mayor, Joe Pizzillo, will kick off the race at 4:00 p.m.
Family fun activities including glow-in-the-dark face painting, interactive games, and finding adventure at the Campus’s expansive playgrounds!

According to the Center of Disease Control, nearly one in 10 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with a developmental disability. Many of these children need therapy services and medical equipment such as wheelchairs, orthotics, speech therapy tools and cranial helmets for babies that are vital for their physical development. Families can wait up to a year to be approved by insurance and are often denied, leaving them with the financial strains and emotional stresses of excessive out-of-pocket costs.
Mariah’s Miracle alleviates these burdens for families by providing the required aid and resources needed for their children to live independent and joyful lives. The organization oversees the entire process of ordering the medical equipment so families and parents can feel truly supported and focus solely on their child’s journey.
