"Silence is the pause in me when I am near to God." - Arvo Part This flexible retreat lets you decide your schedule—this time is for you! Take time to pause, remember to breathe, and come back to your center. Maybe you need to be alone and sit in quiet prayer or simply rest. If you enjoy the companionship of others, you can do that, too. Or you may want a little of both. Relaxing the body and quieting the mind are the first steps. To that end, there are opportunities to have a session with a Spiritual Director, a masseuse, or a reflexologist. (There is a fee for the Massage and Reflexology; Spiritual Direction is free.) There will be an opportunity for group prayer, an Art Barn to explore creativity and spend time in community. All tools to renew and refresh...to find a space to meet God.
