Enneagram Intelligence Centers
Class meets March 5, March 12 and March 19, 2025
In the past, Western psychology and education systems elevated mental intelligence as the most important intelligence available to humans. Yet, the tide is turning, and we have seen an upsurge in understanding that we are more than our thinking center. Indeed, we are becoming more aware of our heart intelligence (emotions) and our gut intelligence (intuition). We are a combination of all three, even though one of these intelligence centers is more dominant than the others based on our Enneagram type.
In this course, we will look at all three intelligence centers through the lens of the Enneagram. The Enneagram acknowledges that we each have all three centers operating in us. These centers both give and receive energy and information that help us process both our inner world and our outer world. We will learn to become aware of the dominant center from which we operate, and we will learn the importance of integrating the parts of ourselves that have been ignored.
