PHOENIX — The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) will host its 30th Annual Agricultural Land Forum on February 27 at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix. The Forum brings together leading brokers, appraisers, bankers, and government officials from across Arizona for presentations on both state and national real estate trends. Attendees will also hear county‐level updates and agriculture‐industry insights from local experts. This year’s program features presentations from Salt River Project (SRP) and the Arizona Department of Water Resources, covering water issues, Ag‐to‐Urban dynamics, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in real estate market analysis.
Registration is $185, which includes 7 hours of approved continuing education credit for Arizona real estate professionals, along with breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and multiple networking breaks.
