On Thursday, Feb. 27, diners can enjoy this classic Cajun-creole staple—done Chula style—for a limited time only.
The Lobster and Seafood Étouffée special features lobster, bay scallops, shrimp and house-made whitefish sausage, all smothered in a rich, flavorful lobster stock gravy and served over seasoned rice.
This special serves four for $95++ and comes ready to eat. Guests can add oysters, shucked and ready to eat, for an additional $50++ for 12 oysters or $100++ for 24 oysters.
The Lobster and Seafood Étouffée special is now available for preorder, with pickup on Thursday, Feb. 27 at Chula Uptown.
