Rosie, South Scottsdale
Assorted Nigiri Platter featuring seared gojuchang-glazed salmon belly, miso hamachi with egg yolk gel, yellowfin tuna with a creamy traditional sauce, scallop with Maldon and wasabi.
Uptown Phoenix
Lobster Pasta—Hand-cut, freshly made pasta topped with lobster, lemon, Grana Padano and roasted broccolini, garnished with oven-cured tomatoes and served with rosemary focaccia.
Grayhawk, North Scottsdale
Crab Cake Sandwich featuring griddled lump crab cake with a roasted tomato aioli, arugula, fried shallots and Campari tomatoes, served on toasted Noble country bread.
Lobster Benedict made with butter-poached lobster served on a house-made sourdough English muffin, with thick-cut bacon, bearnaise sauce, peppery arugula and poached eggs, accompanied by a seasonal tomato salad.
