Chula Grayhawk
BBQ Salmon Plate featuring grilled salmon finished with a smoky ancho BBQ glaze, served alongside crispy brussels sprouts, creamy esquites salad, house-made pickles and sweet concha bread.
This meal is also available for dine-in service. $30 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Lobster Mac and Cheese—This popular classic, Chula style, features baked macaroni and a four-cheese blend with Maine lobster, garlic herb breadcrumbs and a top layer of sharp cheddar cheese. Serves four to six guests for $95, plus tax and gratuity.

Smoked Salmon Benedict—This idyllic Easter breakfast or brunch meal features a griddled corn cake, poached eggs, smoked salmon, oven-roasted tomatoes and arugula, topped with a lemon-thyme hollandaise and crispy shiitake mushrooms. This dish is served with crispy red potatoes for $30 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Two Lb. Planked Salmon—Chula’s popular planked salmon is back! This version features two pounds of salmon seasoned with a chile brown sugar rub and finished with a honey chipotle glaze. It comes ready to be taken home and cooked and serves six to eight guests for $90++.
Easter Morning Bagel Kit—This kit features guests’ choice of either lox or salmon, six everything bagels, pickled onion, capers, jalapenos, cucumbers and cream cheese. This take-home kit is $75, plus tax and gratuity.
Lobster Roll Kit—A clawsome addition to any Easter table, this platter comes with guests’ choice of hot or cold-style roll, includes Noble bread split-tops and potato chips. Comes ready to assemble and serves five for $170++, plus tax and gratuity.
