Thunderbird Artists, the Southwest's premier fine art event producer, proudly announces the return of the Downtown Chandler Fine Art & Wine Festival, now in its fourth year. Thunderbird Artists is renowned for its rigorous selection process, ensuring only the most talented and accomplished artists are showcased. This dedication to quality has established the company as a leader in the fine art event industry. With a strong commitment to promoting and showcasing exceptional artists, Thunderbird Artists has become synonymous with high-quality art shows that captivate audiences from various backgrounds.
As with all Thunderbird Artists events, guests can connect with talented creatives, learning about their inspirations and techniques, while they sample fine wines, microbrews and spirits, snack on festival food and listen to live music, all surrounded by the Arizona sunshine!
Art:
Known in the art world as a Collectors’ Paradise, ™ Thunderbird Artists prides itself on quality and diversity. The festival boasts juried fine artists exhibiting a wide range of oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors, gouache, and photography, as well as ink, pencil, and charcoal drawings. Collectors with more surface space than empty walls can take home sculpture in stone, bronze, metal, hand-blown glass, wood, clay, mixed-media and gourds. And for those who wear their art collections, Thunderbird Artists festivals offer a broad range of one-of-a-kind jewelry. This year’s featured artist is acrylic painter, Tim Frazier.
Wine and Spirits: Combining world-class fine art with an extensive selection of domestic and imported wines has long been Thunderbird Artists’ winning formula. This year’s participating wineries are Black Mesa Cellars, Celestial Artisan Meadery, King Frosch, Schlossadler International, Mediterranean Table, and Wilson Creek. As for spirits and beer, Adventurous Stills, Desert Diamond Distillery, and Carefree Spirits hold up the spirit end, while Pedal Haus Brewing and San Tan Brewing provide ice cold microbrews. For an additional $15 fee, patrons receive an engraved souvenir glass with eight tasting tickets; unlike festivals with designated drinking areas, Thunderbird Artists events have patrons wandering at will, sipping wine and immersing themselves in phenomenal art.
