Thunderbird Artists’ Festival’s Featured Artist for Carefree: Oil Painter, Charles Thomas Charles Thomas, born in 1960, has established himself as a prominent figure in the art world. His creative path has been constantly evolving his whole life. He began the foundation for his artistic expertise as a graphic designer, then honed his skills, earned recognition, and become a sought-after Illustrator. Charles has been a professional fine artist since 1998, devoting himself to oil painting, achieving acclaim in the art community and garnering more than 15 prestigious awards. Charles’ work has been widely published and has also been exhibited by the Society of Illustrators Annual of American Illustration. He has also been recognized by the Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionist Society, where he was a finalist in their national exhibitions.
