Coffee & Cake Open House at Integrity Care Assisted Living Home
For those who would like to get a private tour and learn more about Integrity Care Assisted Living Home in South Scottsdale, there will be a special Open House on Saturday, May 17, from 1 to 5 p.m. Complimentary coffee, cake, and light refreshments will be served.
The moment you walk into this spacious and airy five-bedroom home, the first thing you notice is how positively homey, cozy, and safe-feeling the entire place is. The flooring in all the rooms is a beautiful combination of wood and tile. There is even a professional non-slip floor treatment in the bathrooms that was installed by local Scottsdale company MEASURAbilities, LLC that specializes in providing fall prevention home safety solutions. There are also several handrails and stainless-steel safety bars in all the bathrooms and walk-in showers.
The many services that Integrity Care provides include assisting the senior residents with their “ADLs” - activities of daily living - which include preparing nutritious meals, medication management, dressing, bathing, laundry, and also offering plenty of fun recreational activities.
The professional, state-certified staff who offer 24/7 coverage of care start every morning by making freshly brewed coffee for everyone with a state-of-the-art coffee maker. All of the delicious, home-cooked meals, snacks, and drinks are prepared and served from the home’s upscale, top-of-the-line kitchen. Friends and family members are always invited to stop by for a coffee visit or stay for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Visits with the senior residents are strongly encouraged.
All of the five bedrooms come equipped with their own flat screen TVs on the walls with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Peacock, and more. Plus, an added bonus is that large, vintage, retro-looking refrigerators have been placed in each of the five bedrooms - in addition to the main refrigerator in the kitchen - so that whenever a resident feels like enjoying a snack inside their room, it’s easily within their reach.
There is also a lovely and relaxing backyard area for the residents to enjoy with lots of shaded areas, comfy outdoor seating, heaters for the winter months, a cooling misting system for the summer months, and a large, outdoor putting green with prizes for a hole-in-one. There are even LED light shows put on in the backyard in the evenings.
