Introducing our new award-winning class, Saved From Extinction: 7 Grapes That Rose from the Dead. In this session, we'll explore seven grape varieties from France, Italy, and Spain that were almost lost to time. We'll learn how winemakers brought them back, where they’re now grown worldwide, and discuss each grape’s history, winemaking techniques, and flavor profiles. The class also includes wine tastings and a look at preservation efforts.
