Philabundance (Beet) Hunger Bash
Philabundance, the region’s leading hunger relief organization, proudly announces its 40th Anniversary, marking four decades of transformative work addressing food insecurity across the Greater Philadelphia area. To commemorate the milestone year, Philabundance is hosting the (Beet) Hunger Bash: Presented by Free People on Tuesday, May 14, 2025, at The Pump House in Bala Cynwyd — a tasting fundraiser featuring fine cuisine, live entertainment, and community impact, in support of the organization’s mission to end food insecurity.
The (Beet) Hunger Bash will be an unforgettable evening celebrating the region’s rich culinary landscape while spotlighting the vital work of Philabundance. Guests will indulge in exclusive tasting experiences by over 20 restaurants and culinary purveyors acclaimed chefs and restaurants, including James Beard Award Finalist and Top Chef Winner Nicholas Elmi (Lark, Laurel, The Pump House), as well as James Beard Award-winning chefs Cristina Martinez (South Philly Barbacoa), Jeff Michaud (Osteria).
