The Clay Studio presents: The Future of Clay Symposium
The Clay Studio hosts The Future of Clay Symposium, a free daylong event centered around its latest exhibition of the same name. During this event, attendees will hear eight featured artists and four curators who participated in the exhibition discuss the question “What is the future of clay?” The exhibition features work by artists illustrating the multiple ways that ceramic art is moving toward the future, while representing the diversity of our society. The Future of Clay Symposium features co-curators Jennifer Zwilling, Anya Montiel, Angelik Vizcarrondo-Laboy, and Zindzi Harley, and exhibiting artists Morel Doucet, Chase Kahwinhut Earles, Kristy Moreno, Holly Wilson, Cesar Viveros, Jolie Ngo, Anne Adams, and Michelle Im. Breakfast and lunch will be provided free with registration.
