The Gin & Cocktail Class
In this in-person tasting class, participants study the evolution of gin, tracing its development from production techniques in the Netherlands to its influence on cocktails in Manhattan. The course examines how gin styles have changed over time and includes a demonstration of the gin-making process along with instruction in preparing a variety of cocktails. The class is designed for both amateurs and mixologists and provides a practical look at the diversity of gin styles and cocktail recipes.
