Italy vs. South America: The Wine Tasting Class
Welcome to our VERSUS series of wine-tasting classes. This week, we pit Italy against South America in a competition of corkscrews, pageant of pump-overs and battle of the brix. Participants will sample wines from both regions and learn about winemaking techniques rooted in long-standing traditions and emerging practices.
