This December, InterAct Theatre Company is expanding beyond the stage and onto the screen. For the first time, the company will host special screenings of two acclaimed productions filmed live by the National Theatre in London. The screenings will take place on InterAct’s recently acquired projection and screen system at its home on 302 S. Hicks Street at The Proscenium Theatre.

The hilarious and unflinchingly honest one-woman show that inspired the hit BBC series returns to the big screen. Waller-Bridge delivers a razor-sharp portrait of a woman navigating family, friendship, and self-destruction with biting wit and vulnerability. Originally filmed live on stage in London’s West End in 2019, this production is presented by DryWrite, Soho Theatre, and Annapurna Theatre.
