Montgomery County Community College Spring Open House Blue Bell Campus

Springtime is just around the corner, and it’s the perfect time of year to learn all that Montgomery County Community College has to offer.

MCCC is proud to host free open house events at the Pottstown Campus on Saturday, April 12, and Blue Bell Campus on Saturday, April 26, for prospective students, their families and members of the community.

The Blue Bell Campus spring open house is on Saturday, April 26 from 10 a.m. to noon beginning in the Montco Cultural Center Theater in the Science Center building, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell.

New this year is the state-of-the-art Hospitality Institute, home to the Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry programs at MCCC. Light refreshments will be served and information about these programs, and the Tourism and Hospitality Management Program will also be available.

Every building will be open and facilitated by content experts, including the science, technology, engineering and mathematics areas, clinical spaces, labs, the Hospitality Institute, Fine Arts Center and more.

Guests can explore the Health Sciences Center's labs and clinical spaces and see how these cutting-edge facilities prepare students for high-demand careers. The Science Center will be available for visitors to see labs and classrooms, including the engineering lab featuring robotic arms. The Advanced Technology Center features the recording studios, The Mix Room, and broadcast studios.

Attendees can immerse themselves in creativity at the Fine Arts Center, where they can visit the gallery and studio art classrooms.

At both the Blue Bell and Pottstown campuses, guests should connect with the check-in-staff upon arrival to obtain their free swag bag, as well as instructions on how to best maximize the day. Also, there will be breakout sessions during each event to discuss financial aid, college affordability, scholarships and more.
