The annual Space Coast Seashell Festival is coming to town, filling the Eau Gallie Civic Center with thousands of shells from all across the globe. Colorful shells for collectors and crafters, as well as shell jewelry and home décor will be on display and offered for sale.
Adding to the fun are a hands-on section just for kids, as well as live artist demonstrations by award-winning, local artists. Plus there's a chance to win fabulous raffle prizes ranging from a boat trip to a shelling island, tickets to Kennedy Space Center, the zoo, gift cards to Pineapples, shell jewelry, artwork and much more!
Presented for over four decades by the Astronaut Trail Shell Club, the 2025 Festival takes place Saturday and Sunday, January 18 & 19, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, at the Eau Gallie Civic Center, 1551 Highland Ave., Melbourne, FL. Admission and parking are free.
For year-round shelling fun, the Astronaut Trail Shell Club meets the first Wed of each month (Jan - May & Sept to Dec), at 1 pm at the Satellite Beach City Hall. For more see www.Facebook.com/spacecoastseashells.
