Love Pickles? Learn to Make Your Own!
Join us on May 27 for this popular hands-on Food Preservation: Pickling class at the UF/IFAS Lake County Extension Office! Led by Lori Johnson, Family & Consumer Science Agent.
In this fun and interactive class, you’ll learn the pickling process and make your very own jar of kosher dill pickles to take home.
Choose a session on May 27th that fits your schedule:
2–4 p.m. or 6–8 p.m.
Cost: $15 per person
