Rescue on the River
Rescue Outreach Mission has been serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Seminole County for more than 35 years. Each day, we provide safe shelter, warm meals, case management, workforce connections, and wraparound support to help our guests rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
This year, we are excited to introduce a special one-time transformation of our annual fundraiser. Rescue on the River is becoming Rescue on the Runway: Havana Nights, inspired by the vibrant energy of 1940s Havana and hosted right on the runway at the SouthEast Ramp airport hangar. It’s a fresh, lively setting that gives guests a unique experience while supporting a critical cause.
During the event, guests will enjoy:

A warm, immersive Havana-inspired atmosphere
A unique evening hosted amidst the charm of an active airport hangar
