Join Tai Chi Clermont for a free, welcoming community Tai Chi and Qigong session at beautiful Lake Hiawatha Preserve in Clermont, Florida. Held in partnership with the City of Clermont, this outdoor class invites participants of all experience levels to enjoy the many benefits of mindful movement in a peaceful natural setting.
Tai Chi and Qigong are gentle, low-impact practices known for improving balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, and overall well-being. Through slow, flowing movements combined with relaxed breathing, participants often experience reduced stress, increased energy, and a greater sense of calm and focus.
