The Science of Cheesemaking
Are you interested in learning the science behind cheesemaking? Join us for a cheesemaking class to learn more and create a sample mozzarella cheese! Classes will take place on April 10th 2025, from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM OR 6:00 PM-7:30 PM.
Space is limited, and the cost $15 per person. Register by 04/06/2025 to reserve a spot.
Classes will take place at the UF/IFAS Lake County Extension Office
