SVdP Friends of the Poor Walk
The St. Vincent de Paul Society at Corpus Christi Catholic Church invites the community to come together for the 2026 Walk for the Poor on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Lakeside Park in Celebration, Florida.
The event begins with registration opening at 7:30 a.m., followed by the walk kickoff at 8 a.m. Participants of all ages are encouraged to join this family-friendly morning of fellowship, fun, and service. In addition to the walk, attendees will enjoy an Easter egg hunt, games, raffles, and more.
All funds raised will directly support neighbors in need within the local community, helping the St. Vincent de Paul Society continue its mission of compassion, assistance, and hope.
Registration for the walk is $25 per participant and includes an event t-shirt. Participants are also encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the walk; those who do will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize.
Walk registration will be available after all Masses at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Celebration in the weeks leading up to the event, as well as the morning of the walk on March 21 at Lakeside Park.
Community members, local businesses, and organizations are also invited to support the event through sponsorship.
