Association of Poinciana Villages Spring Fest
The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV), Florida’s largest homeowners association, will host its annual Spring Fest Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Poinciana Community Lawn, located at 445 Marigold Avenue. The event celebrates Easter and the spring season and is typically attended by hundreds of community members.
This free, family-friendly event is open to the public and features activities for all ages, including Easter egg hunts, outdoor games, bounce houses, food trucks, vendors and more. The star of the season, the Easter Bunny, will also be there to take photos with attendees.
The egg hunt will be divided into age groups and will take place on the lawn behind the Poinciana Community Pool. All children must be accompanied by an adult; however, no adults will be allowed on the field, except for age group 3 and under. Families with children who need assistance will also participate within this age group.
