Pups in the Park at Heartwood Preserve: Zoomin’ Groomin’
Heartwood Preserve will have an agility playground for dogs of all energy levels and sizes. Zoomin’ Groomin’ will also be on-site to provide expert tips on brushing and caring for your pup’s coat.
The Nebraska Humane Society will be accepting kibble donations for its Pet Food Pantry. Bring a donation of unopened pet food or supplies to help out fellow pet parents in need.
This event is part of Heartwood Preserve’s Sunday Mornings in the Park. Weekly events offer arts and crafts, puppy parties and more in a welcoming and family-friendly setting.
Heartwood Park, Omaha’s newest outdoor community gathering space within Heartwood Preserve, is the go-to destination for family and friends every weekend this summer. Enjoy over 70 FREE events on Thursdays through Sundays hosted at Heartwood Park for residents and families who want to unwind, have fun and connect outdoors.
To make visits more enjoyable, the Heartwood Park Ambassador program offers visitors amenities to borrow on-site, including picnic blankets, board games, lawn games and sports gear for all to enjoy. Amenities will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
