Kolache & Potato Dumplings Presentation with Carol Niemann Louis
Carol will be back at our museum to share her award-winning recipes! She will show us how to make the perfect potato dumplings, kolache and other sweet and savory treats from traditional yeast dough.
The cost is $30 per person. This includes her presentation with instructions, recipes, a free drink and LOTS of food to enjoy ... including a pork roast, potato dumplings and sauerkraut lunch!

We are open Saturday's 10:00 - 5:00 and Sunday's 1:00 - 5:00. Since we are closed Monday through Fridays, we will have a volunteer available to take your phone in reservation any time throughout the week by calling 402-686-9837. We are unable to provide refunds to "no shows".
